RETURNS POLICY

All stocked products ship in 7- 9 business days.

Custom or “Made to Order” address backplate panels and illuminated room number signs are made to order and take 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship

To request a return please email shipping@luxello.net.au please provide your invoice number from your original order.  Returns are accepted within 10 days upon receipt. All returns are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee. We do not refund any S&H charges.

Custom orders or “Made to Order” products which include custom address backplate panels including vertical or horizontal panels as well as any illuminated address sign and doorbell system. These products are made to order and are non-returnable.
