GOVERNING LAW

This website has been designed to be used within Australasia and Asia. By accessing this website you are agreeing that the Courts of the United States will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us and that the laws of the United States applicable law.

DELIVERY POLICY

We process all orders within 5-10 business days. All our orders ship out of our local distribution hub in each region. Occasionally some product models can be temporarily on backorder. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as production has completed its new production run. Transit time, once an order has been shipped, is anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the size of the order. For high-value shipments, a signature will be required. Custom order or “MADE TO ORDER” products like custom color combinations, panel orders, and doorbell panels. These products have a lead time of 2- 4 weeks most of the time.

Most orders are shipped via Express Courier. If there is nobody present to sign, the merchandise will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left with a number for you to contact to arrange a redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address – if an incorrect address is supplied, the customer will be required to pay for the redelivery or potential re-shipping fee.

Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If you refuse delivery from Luxello USA, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, and the cost of returning the merchandise to Luxello. This amount will be deducted from your original order.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

All delivery and shipping fees throughout Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Hong Kong are listed on our website. You will find those fees listed in the shopping cart overview.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise purchased from Luxello USA may be returned in the original condition and unused for a refund excluding any original shipping & handeling fees. A standard restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise You must contact customer care within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Defective merchants are eligible for reshipment and replacement Please contact us by email to get a return started. Please provide your Invoice number or order number.

If you believe your product is faulty or defective we may need to have the item assessed by us for inspection to determine the cause of the issue. Most products have a manufacturer’s warranty. Note Luxello USA will, at all times, honor its obligations under its standard international warranty.

SPECIAL ORDERS

(Made to Order or Custom Orders) are not covered under the return policy. These products are custom-made to your specification, (size, color, style, finish, fabric) or are products that are specially imported for you. These products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Trade orders and discounted orders are not covered under the return policy – products cannot be exchanged or returned. Merchandise will be replaced or repaired if found to be faulty.
